"We Are Modern" Opens Today

The day has finally arrived. "We Are Modern" opens to the public at The Cameron Gallery today, an exciting exhibit for me which features a dozen of my latest and greatest paintings to date.

It's been a crazy long last few months of late nights, multiple supply runs, little sleep, little food and copious amounts of caffeine. Regardless of any and all stress levels, I think the work speaks for itself and is worth the effort.

I'm gearing up to head to the gallery this evening, so I leave everyone with one more little preview of the show. I'll be sure to take/acquire photos from tonight's opening reception, which I'll post in a later blog this coming week. The rest of the paintings will make their way on to the website later this coming week, as well. First and foremost, a couple of days worth of sleep and downtime will be in order!

I hope everyone has enjoyed following along the last few months as I've made progress on "We Are Modern". It's been a fabulous show to have produced, and I can't think of a better collection of art to ring in my first major solo show as full time working artist.

As April progresses, I'll be posting more goodies online from this show.

Keep your eyes peeled.

Time to get dressed and spiffed up. My public awaits, haha.
